These standards help ensure a secure, private, and efficient environment for the public. Visitors entering the building are greeted with a clear Visitor Intake Processing (VIP) kiosk. Visual cues and signage assist visitors in finding their way through the visitation and service process. Security is paramount in the design with alarms providing a secure environment. The interior design addressed the need for acoustics control.
