Robert Byington, Assoc. AIA
Robert manages our Multifamily and Affordable Housing Studio. He has overseen the application process, design, and construction administration of over 5,000 affordable housing units throughout the southeastern U.S. Robert is exceptionally knowledgeable in the design requirements of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects and works with clients to provide designs which meet their objectives. With his extensive knowledge in the area of affordable housing, Robert also speaks at conferences and serves on panel discussions relative to specific code and design requirements for multifamily housing.
